Belonging to several organizations
One Zappocity account can be a member of any number of organizations, with a different role in each: the owner of your own company, an admin of a client's, billing for a family business. Your account page lists them all under Your organizations, each with its role.
Starting an organization
Open Start an organization under Your organizations on the account page, name it, and you own it. It starts with no products (ask support to subscribe it to one). You need a confirmed email address, and one person owns at most 20 organizations (support can help past that).
Inviting people
Owners and admins open Members and invitations under the organization, enter an email address and pick a role:

Zappocity emails the address a link to the account page. The person signs in, or signs up with that address, confirms it, and chooses Join or Decline under Invitations. An invitation:
- lasts 14 days, and can be withdrawn until it is answered;
- goes only to the person who confirmed that exact address: nobody else sees it, and an unconfirmed address sees no invitations;
- sent again changes the role and starts the 14 days again, but is emailed again only after an hour;
- counts towards the sender's 50 invitations a day, over all their organizations.
Only owners invite owners. Inviting someone already a member is refused.
Changing roles and removing members
On Members and invitations, owners and admins change a member's role or remove them. Admins cannot make owners, or change or remove an owner. An organization always keeps at least one owner: make someone else an owner before the last one steps down or leaves.
A role changed here reaches the member's mailboxes in the organization's Mailocity team within a minute, and a role changed on a mailbox there comes back to the organization.
Leaving
Leave under an organization takes you out of it, whatever your role, unless you are its last owner. Its owners or admins can invite you again.
Someone with a mailbox in the organization's Mailocity team is a member because of that mailbox, so they stay while the mailbox does: the team's owners or admins delete it, or unlink it from the Zappocity account, in the team manager first.
Mailboxes in several teams
Being a member of an organization does not give you a mailbox in its Mailocity team; the team's owners and admins add mailboxes. When you have mailboxes in several teams, webmail's mailbox picker switches between them without signing in again (see Several mailboxes for one person).
For staff
An organization's page in the admin panel shows its members and the invitations waiting for an answer; Withdraw cancels one, and Add member adds a person straight away, without an invitation. Every invitation, answer, role change and departure is in the organization's History.
